I often wonder if people like Rubio are aware of this and have ever read about the potential, though? Martial Law is not the main issue, there are many powers to evoke. Misspelling aside, is he addressing a real concern people have here and doing damage control?

A National Emergency can be like pulling out all the stops and you can bet that many people are being vigilant about this. All we really have is the House as a shield, from what I can see. Well, maybe sensible states and municipalities, as well.
