stop smoking
cut down on alcohol
walk more
find reasons to smile and laugh
call your loved ones and friends
ask if you can help someone

Thankfully spring weather is warming in many places so less need to heat with wood or oil.

Just curious. I have never experienced that, although most are gas around here.

Many of them heat with wood. A few of the elders cook with wood burning stoves
