I was afraid of this. Covid-19 is spreading along major travel arteries, so for it to show up in Witchita means that it's finally made its way into the rural states, probably from truck traffic. Once it settles there, it's going to stay, and that population skews older and in generally poorer health. I have family in Illinois, many of them older. This could get ugly.
