the original twitter link from AAK is gone but the article is still up at the NKnews link with the graphic listing deaths and quarantine cases.

If one assumes that "corona like" deaths are actually deaths from covid 19, the 23 deaths reported on 2.27 suggests as many as 3000 actual cases at that time. It could be possibly be as a bad as the Italian situation now.

There are no reliable sources. This is just a guess based on their earlier guess.
