The patient is an older Ramsey County resident who had been on a cruise ship with a known COVID-19 case. The unidentified person sought health care yesterday after developing symptoms on Feb. 25, according to the Health Department, and is currently recovering at home in isolation. All of the patients identified contacts will be asked to quarantine themselves for two weeks and they will be monitored by public health officials for symptoms.

Norovirus is another one that turns up on cruises - not as dangerous but pretty nasty anyhow. I've never been particularly interested in a cruise and now I'm really not interested.

You come into contact with a shitload of people in 8 days. Plus he flew from somewhere, taxi? Who knows. I'd be hard pressed to come up with everybody I'd contacted in the last 8 days

so there's another few days of contacts with people from CA to MN.
