6. I just read that he will sign the emergency coronavirus bill when he stops in CDC Atlantic today.

2. He signed the bill this morning

before leaving for Tennessee, and the CDC visit is back on for this afternoon, since the person at the CDC who was ill has been tested and found not to have the coronavirus.

At least, that's where things stood as of a couple hours ago. It could change again.

4. CDC visit/tour appears to be back on.

Apparently (you can never be sure with this administration) there was someone at CDC with a pending COVID-19 test. It came back negative so the visit is back on.
