5. This is what worries me the most

I know people will think, "Oh, it's Iran, they are still in the stone ages there." But leaders of any country have access to much better healthcare than you or I do, even in Iran.

When the rich and powerful start getting sick and dying, you know that this is going to be really really scary for the rest of us.
