I had heard that before when a scientist was speaking about the structure/make-up of COV-19.

IIRC, the similarity is that coronavirus attaches itself to our cells just like AIDS does.

The AIDS virus was similar.

So maybe the AIDS meds can 'un-attach' it?
Taxing my memory here....
SARS also attached itself to our cells, which is why it was so hard to get rid of. It was also mentioned that the coronavirus attachment % rate is higher than the SARS attachment % rate. Sure hope I didn't mis-remember things. If I did, would someone please step in with corrections? Thanks!
