At time of writing, London is down about 14% from its February peak, Frankfurt 16.5%, Tokyo 13% and the S&P 500 11% (and with the futures figure from the link in reply #6, that would be 13%).

Not surprising since 26120 is actually still quite a high level with plenty of downside potential
