The term "worthless" normally implies someone who can't accomplish anything they set out to do. While that certainly applies to Trump, it wouldn't to McConnell. That Machiavellian turtle has most certainly accomplished his aims. His malevolent agenda is tearing the nation apart and shredding the Constitution.
