I have a complicated history towards Tweety - partially his being forcibly imposed on my consciousness because of his supposedly being a Democratic human. And for at least 20 years I partially *steamed* at him and occasionally liked him. As a DUer said long ago, "*WHEN* he's on our side there's nobody better."
If anything, my astute profile of Tweety, which took me 20 years of observation, can evaporate until some occasion calls, much unappreciated as it was anyway.
As one campaign 2020 meme says about SHITLER, we deserve to wake up without the acid reflux of SHITLER crapping on us for a change.
So, I'm getting used to the idea that I won't have to have the Tweety acid reflux. And as for his having done some Democratic credit, well he did a damned lot of hurt to us, too. I heard him CRAP DAILY on our Dem candidate every damn day of Coup 2000.
Anyway, today with Joy, I knew she was on my Dem side without having to un-knot my innards. I don't have to listen every minute, but I also don't have to un-knot my innards with her, either.
*******NO to the annoying KONDRACHE. And it's been said that Shep SMITH is not a fit for the commentator slot, more like the reader slot in the afternoon, besides that I never trust somebody who changes sides or who never should have been on the venue side he was at all those years.
And I know that Joy had her own iceberg, but it's over as far as I'm concerned. She suits me just fine.

(70,725 posts)He did quite enough visceral damage to quite a few of us in different Dem constituent groups and the Dem umbrella over all.
Thank you.
Cant stand her.

(70,725 posts)Gosh, I thought she had dealt with the issues she had.
And all of these present or past MSNBC-ers *don't* have baggage - Barnicle, mr & mrs joe/Mika SCABS, pat Buchanan, michael savage Wiener, ad infinitum?
