In the coming pandemic, lots of people will lose their jobs and health insurance

Stock markets have clearly indicated it will have a major economic impact.

Congress should make sure that these people can collect unemployment benefits AND automatically be enrolled in Medicaid.

For as long as the crisis lasts.

The military should be ramping up plans to deploy field hospitals in armories, gyms and sports arenas.

It's almost too late to think about these things....

1. This is why I have long since embraced social democracy. Social democrats

(and I'm not talking specifically about Bernie here, either) care about the people, and make decisions on their behalf that they think will be best for them.

The Republican Party hasn't had this mindset since 1980.

2. Also our local communities will need to be monitored; our

neighborhood has a website that keeps us in the loop on everything! It's a nationwide site if anyone lives in a rural area or a subdivision it's a good way to keep track of everyone.

5. Is that a legitimate website?

They've been spamming my street box with their ads, to the point I consider them a nuisance. I thought they were just out there to collect information on the neighborhood level.

Since I know few of my neighbors and most of them are not people I want to interact with, I have no interest in joining a website to give away my info.

6. Yes it is...we have used it a few times...notify that a neighbors cow is out, lost dog, such

things like that which can be spread around to find and resolve a local issue. It works in this neighborhood; country with some large cattle farms, plus most people have 10 acres or more so that website works for us.

trump refused to let immigrants have flu shots according to news reports. This is dangerous. They should be given flu shots immediately, in my opinion.
