Weinstein found Guilty

Snip--Here's the breakdown of each count:

Count one: Predatory sexual assault — NOT GUILTY
Count two: Criminal sexual act against Miriam Haley — GUILTY
Count three: Predatory sexual assault — NOT GUILTY
Count four: Rape in the first degree against Jessica Mann — NOT GUILTY
Count five: Rape in the third degree — GUILTY
There are two guilty convictions here. Count two, criminal sexual act in the first degree, which carries a sentence of five to 25 years in prison, and count five, which is rape in the third degree, which can be probation or up to four years in prison.

of person that would sit in a cell for many years, but it's great that there are other chances for him to be convicted. Will that walker disappear at this next trial?

Snip--"Had Rotunno ever been sexually assaulted?

“I have not,” she said. “Because I would never put myself in that position.”

In the exchanges that followed, Rotunno argued that victims of sexual assault should take equal responsibility for what happened to them, as I kept pushing her to clarify her position."

My Twitter feed went ballistic about that quote from her.

Victim blaming and shaming.
