to an extent in KY. It will be tough. Gov race was different due to Bevins being absolutely depsied. Now, Mitch isn't popular but Bevins was on a different level. KY will have to see a massive turnout. That's a given in 2020 but suburbs will tell the tell. This is a state Biden would probably help but who knows now.
