I'm sure Trump and the Trump Foundation would be collecting lots of money* to help Puerto Rico in its disaster recovery efforts. As it is, Trump is just the president, and he has not power or authority to help U.S. citizens.

*Notice I didn't say that the Trump Foundation would be spending lots of money on disaster relief.
