15. From what I understand, in 2016, Russia interfered through social media and tricked the gullible,

uninformed voters that were supposed to vote for us into voting for Trump, or not voting at all, and that was the difference in the election. There is apparently a lot of them out there, and we need to either educate them to think the right way, or at the least, be better at tricking them into voting the right way.
