recognize this type of personality! Trust me...I know it all too well.
The kind of manager that loves to play "tough guy" by pushing his subordinates around on a regular basis, but when it comes to actually making decisions and owning them, will quickly move to a "CYA", or hide behind THEIR superior's power like Mommy's skirt!
