It was a first smack at being unaccepted, for whatever the reason.

I grew up in a very small town, and we didn't have kindergarten. it was just a given that everyone would give everyone a card. I do remember that we had somewhat of a contest for the best Valentine box. I never won, but it was fun anyway.

They're all my Valentines in my heart. I appreciate every (legitimate) member here, even those with whom I may not 100% agree with sometimes. I know we're all ultimately on the same side.
