Nepotism is exactly how Don Jr., Eric, Ivanka and Jared got their jobs, they were hired by their DAD/father-in-law.

Joe Biden didn't hire Hunter. Hunter got a job on the board of a private company on his own. They hired him because of his name, no doubt, but not because Joe Biden suggested they do so. Joe Biden has no connection or ownership stake in Burisma.

Like many US boards who put astronauts, athletes and celebrities on their boards, the Burisma board wanted to up its International cache by having famous names on its board. Burisma also put top Mitt Romney presidential campaign adviser Joseph Cofer Black, who publicly goes by “Cofer Black,” on its board of directors, obviously to appeal to both parties and cover all bases, while Hunter Biden was also serving on the board. Cofer Black is still on the Burisma board, Hunter quit. In addition to the son of a vice president and a special adviser to a GOP presidential candidate, the board also boasts the former president of Poland from 1995 to 2005, Aleksander Kwaśniewski.

Trading on your name may be unsavory but it's not nepotism.

Oh, and the Trump Organization is not a "family business." It's the criminal enterprise of Donald J. Trump. His children are his co-conspirators that he hired.
