Twitter will support the toxic filth spewing from the Oval Office, but boot a journalist?
Question here though - since Twitter is a private company, and the First Amendment refers to the Government not being able to mess with a citizen's right to express an opinion, can they get away with this?

(15,124 posts)I remember Sarah Palin hollering about her First Amendment rights, when it was a private company that told her to shut up. I don't remember the details, but she (and the rest of her ilk) went nuts over it.

The president of the United States has chosen Twitter for his official communications to the American people and uses it to communicate threats, slander, lies, and propaganda. He's not banned.
It's a murky mess.
