6. One of the more perverse things about this is the transcripts are totally damning...

and yet Trump keeps yelling at people to read them...

A more damning thing, of course, is all of the Congressional, under-oath House testimony which anyone could have watched live and still can watch anew on-line. In some ways Trump encouraging people to read the transcript is directing those people to the *least* incriminating, but still totally implicating, evidence.

16. I think the meaner stuff with big words comes from Conway, Grisham or Miller

Miller goes for the grandiose, authoritarian "The president WILL NOT BE QUESTIONED" angle, while Grisham and Conway are more snarky. They both go for what they think is "cute and snarky," Miller goes for the Goebbles angle.
