(7,888 posts)I was beginning to think I made a mistake supporting Sinema for election to the Senate. Of course, many of us did call her and leave messages supporting a vote to impeach. My thanks to those who did call.

(7,642 posts)but I was flipping back and forth between the various cable news outlets the other day and, when I landed on Fox News, Brian Kilmeade was saying that King Nothing will be "exonerated" today. Consider the source.

(7,873 posts)I was just coming here to see if there were any Manchin threads, because I was going to post that I was just sure that he was going to vote to acquit. He is usually a tough vote for Democrats to wrangle a lot of times, and I figured with Romney's vote, it would give Manchin even more reason to vote to acquit since he would then be seen as being bipartisan in favor of the Republicans, thus balancing things.
I am honestly quite surprised that he is voting to convict.

(35,701 posts)I truly believe that. Manchin did not want to be the only Democrat to vote to acquit now that Mitt is voting guilty. Trump is going to go nuts over this.
