find some local honey. i mixed it in peanut butter for fall last year. somebody said it works pretty fast.
wildflower is best tho.

I was just preparing a cup of hemp tea because I'm having a mild sinus issue that I need to nip in the bud. You reminded me to use some local honey that I had forgotten about.

It doesn't attract insects. It attracts little birds. Don't want to eat the little birds. LoL . but I have been letting the goats eat the ragweed. Seeing if the milk might help create an immunity.

and they say hay fever is getting worse. my prob is pressure headaches +i just use pepper to make me sneeze. accidental discovery.
