I know that many gov agencies are rebelling at least a little bit, but nothing too big so far. (Think NOAA and other stuff that has come out recently).

If he does what is predicted, will agencies push back? Will they have had enough? It's a nice thought, but I have been continually disappointed, from Patrick Fitzgerald (remember Fitzmas?), to Robert Mueller (we had entirely too much invested in the outcome, and we didn't get much of we wanted).

I would like to think that feds (the career folks at all levels) who have so far admirably performed their missions and followed usual customs with respect to the POTUS and CIC, will soon have enough. I like this quote:

I met their parents, grandparents aunts and uncles and was thoroughly disgusted. As was the spitting, grunting fanaticism of Fred Phelps, who had specifically, or so I'd been told, visited there to personally condemn me to hell, along with the usual screeching chorus of crazies, including Shirley. It was truly a satanic ritual disguised as something fanatically religious.
I cursed the notion of my parents having moved me to this tiny, religious, uneducated and backwards little town 4 years previously.
The bullies are having their great hurrah, lead by their hateful master. They wear MAGA hats now, even sight unseen I know this. They have rejected anything of well informed authority all their lives.
And they stand in their red hats PROUD that they are astonishingly ignorant, and very likely many of them raising their progeny likewise.
Although there were "redder" counties on the state 2016 election map, the blue in that county looks like the mouth of a red PacMan.
I ran away from there to save my life in 1976 the night after my father attempted to lead me into an electrical death trap, I have never returned, never will. Extraordinary measures to feed and shelter myself under bridges and shared flops thereafter was comfortable in comparison to living with the MAGAt's to-be.
