...They can fix an election and change results if it is close. If the vote is sixty percent for our candidate, and 40 percent for Trump, they cannot change the results to their cause. So tell everyone something that everyone already knows. "Trump is a liar and a crook. The Republican Party supports a liar and a crook." And now, everyone sees it. Sure, Trump will get 35 percent of the vote, but that is not enough. The crooks cannot change millions of votes in states where people are really mad. Oh, and if Trump gets 40 percent, that still will be millions short. As far as senators are concerned, it is the same. Republicans supported a "liar and a crook."
..Most of us, hate liars and crooks, especially arrogant, mean, and vicious crooks.

(4,533 posts)Trump is protecting our women from rapists invading from the south. He protects us from killers. Running against the scapegoat falsely accused of raping, stealing our jobs, getting welfare because they are too lazy to work, always gets votes. Tens of millions believe that crap and love Trump because he shares their hatred of those non white demons invading from the south. They dont care about Trumps personal flaws because making America white again is more important.

(4,035 posts)After witnessing the farce of the impeachment trial, there is little doubt in my mind that the floodgates of Republican corruption have been opened even wider. They can and would with no remorse, rig votes in swing state elections where the vote may be close. They began the process with gerrymandering and have continued with voter purges. Ironically, if I am not mistaken (which I often am) one of the voting machine manufacturers is owned by a Republican, and as we all know, they severely lack conscience.
We need to win big. It would be nice if throughout this abortion of an administrations time in office that we would have had a standout candidate, but at this point Im afraid that we are floundering. We need a monster candidate whom all of us can rally behind, but I don't see it now. This election, if fair (????) will be the final determinant of the future of America.
