An Analogy Even Your Republican Uncle Can Understand. Bolton/Parnas Said They Had Evidence
1. Bolton and Parnas said they had evidence against Trump, and proceeded to show it2. The GOP Senators stuck their fingers in their ears, closed their eyes, and hummed.
3. Then they voted to acquit Trump on the basis that they haven't seen any evidence that he's guilty.
What a bunch of bullshit. (And the truth is, your Republican uncle already realizes that, and doesn't care. But it'll be fun watching him squirm, trying to explain that the analogy is false.)
