1. He can't crow about being acquitted on SB Sunday. The 10 Mil ad is useless and yes, he can still speak to Hannity but can't say he was acquitted.

2. He can't walk into Congress as a cleared man on Tuesday. It was choreographed to be a victory lap. probably with a wreath of laurels on his head.

3. The truth is going to continue to come out...drip...drip...drip

4. We're actually looking at the future but just don't see it. He and they are done and will vanish in a year. Now you see them soon you won't.

I can see a Senate Majority this time next year, and a fabulous Democrat in the White House.

Have been found guilty. This was the entire point of the impeachment.

...when I felt that we might literally have an Enabling Act moment this year, 2020. We always knew that there'd be no conviction. And more and more is going to leak out between now and November. I wouldn't be surprised if some real heavy shit comes out, stuff involving things like Trump knowing of murders in advance. We're still in the fight...and this time, I know our side is going to win...

there are now 5-10 R senators who agree with Lamar Alexander that the facts presented by the House mgrs are true and that case for abuse of power was made and proved. By my count, that makes a majority of the Senate.

Is this a-hole going to act at all humbled and apologetic about his behavior Sunday or at the SOTU? (I mean there literally was no actual defense presented by his team at all, just complete legalistic BS, not to mention a pre-ordained result.) Or is he going to gloat, be bombastic and claim that he did nothing wrong and that he is the most "perfectist" president ever and everything was on the up and up?

Umm, let me think? Ah gee, that's a tough prediction - not. It's probably the surest sucker's bet ever. You know damned well he's going go off on some ridiculous rant/whine on how he's the victim and the most picked on president of all time in one, or more likely both, appearances. He's incapable of staying on script. Victimhood is what he does. Being a whiny SOB seems to be the only thing he's good at. He can't help himself. My guess is that he makes himself look like more of an ass and even guiltier than we already know he is. You know he will. That's this ignoramus' schtick.
