Prior Restraint is unconstitutional. Bolton will be subject to litigation from the government but he will make enough money that it won’t matter and he will ultimately win the lawsuits.

So at this point his book is meaningless as far as it pertains to trump. It could hurt some of his cabinet and lawyer.

If Bolton doesn't say anything before his book is published, everyone will hate him. = no political future

If he gives an interview to CNN or MSNBC or CBS (say 6O minutes) the right will will hate him. = no political future.

Bring interviewed this Sunday on Fox by, say Chris Wallace, is his only chance for a viable political future.
