Then I would hope the House would use its power to compel testimony or throw some butts in jail.

And open an inquest into Trump's finances.

This report might not be complete before the November election, especially given the legal delays in getting a resolution on witnesses and documents, but Trump could be impeached even in a second term, or if he is defeated.
