The Republican controlled Senate has abdicated all powers of oversight for the legislative branch.
From this day forward no one in the executive branch has any need to appear before any committee or acknowledge any subpoena to appear.
Nothing is illegal as long as the president orders it and believes it's in the best interest of the country.
The president is truly above the law.
The republic is dead. Long live the republic.
