After witness current arguments conclude, a vote on witnesses - expected to fail
(partly per S Barrasso)

- organizing resolution - Schumer will propose D amendments - several hours maybe into wee hours
= chance for D venting reactions, statements and amendments put forward
- rest of weekend off
- back monday/Tuesday
