Among the things Parnas would testify to, per letter from his lawyer to McConnell obtained by @MaddowBlog:
Plot to dig up dirt on the Bidens included Trump, Pence, Perry, Pompeo, Barr, Graham, Nunes, Harvey, Solomon, diGenova, Victoria Toensing & America First (super PAC).

One new detail I haven't heard before in letter from Parnas's lawyer:
That Parnashelped arrange the Trump-Zelenskiy meeting at UN & was in "constant contact" with Giuliani & Yermak during the meeting.
That meeting (9/25) came as the Ukraine scandal was already coming to light
