but I still believe we will get back the Senate

and the very best part, THE VERY BEST PART, will be when the house and the senate rip him to every fucking piece of shredded bullshit that he is.

1. I love it when people can manage to be optimistic even in the direst circumstance.

I'm not one of those people, unfortunately. Yes, in the real world, we will have more votes, but will it matter when/if Russia hacks the database and removes x% of all Dem votes - or red states pull most of the voting machines from Dem areas, cause outtages at those areas, and in general cheat us & steal the election again.

2. me too...Congress does not ..

stop it's oversight. They probably have zillions of investigations underway, waiting for the courts, or just corroboration. This is not over, and realistically it is where we expected to be. I think watching the spectacle was painful. No matter how you look at it, the GOP exposed themselves in a nasty way. A lot of crap is forgotten, but I do think this particular show of theirs will leave marks..

3. I hope if he is re-elected by the russians that we will be able to take the Senate.

But the russians are screwing with that as well.

The russians are winning this war, and the republicans are helping them.

I can't believe our federal agencies are allowing this to happen.
