Chris Hayes nails the motive of Murkowski's vote

Chris Hayes @chrislhayes

The Murkowski vote is largely, I think, about maintaining the myth of Roberts' neutrality. Him casting a deciding vote would have been an optics disaster, and they want to keep him clean so he can continue to deliver for them.

I never again want to hear the media refer to any republican senators as moderates. They are a radicalized, corrupt party.

there barely saying one word during this whole process...disgusting. I've lost my respect for the supreme court. I hope that he's made aware of this.

and she was right. McConnell is most proud of packing the courts and he wants to keep in place the nearly invisible veneer of its independence.

to vote all rulings 5 - 4, while rotating the Nazi justices to be the 4th to vote on the Liberal side on each ruling.

It's the same as when Collins, Murkowski, and Portman tease that they'll vote with the Dems--and then pull the football away.

It's (artificial) Democracy through deception.

that the next Administration is going to do some major House Cleaning and the Expansion to the Supreme Court will be in play. Never a friggin doubt if Biden or Warren takes the White House.

Keeping Roberts Pure has always been the Rethugs goal.

BTW,does anyone have any info as to Murkowski's still living almost full time in Massachusetts rarely ever going to Alaska?
