9929 cases 213 deaths 3 hours ago.

25 countries. About 2000 more cases in 12 hours. It seems to be staying in China for the most part but ramping up a bit.

Yesterday it seemed to be leveling off today it jumped. I don't think the 45% number has been accurate. Early on there's not enough data to make a determination on percentages. Now there's more info and more accurate readings. The data still has at least another week to become more accurate and possibly relevant.
