My Pollyana prayer:
This generation of Republicans appears to have lost their ability of being fair, unbiased stewards. But what if we're reading the signs wrong? What if some of them have already heard enough to impeach, but feel like they're throwing a bone to Trump by not asking for witnesses? What if they know that another impeachment is coming because of the stained dress and Bolton's testimony so they're trying to give Trump a soft landing?
I just heard that Lamar heard enough to convince him that Trump did it. We can hope.
