Alan Dershowitz quits Donald Trump's impeachment trial after saying the president CANNOT be removed

for a quid pro quo to aid his re-election then claims the defense 'begged him to stay'

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7949285/Trump-defense-claims-acts-help-reelection-not-impeachable.html

Donald Trump's most famous and flamboyant lawyer vanished from his trial Thursday - turning up in Miami to fight back against a tidal wave of criticism for his extraordinary defense that anything a president does to get re-elected is unimpeachable.

The Harvard professor surfaced in Florida as other academics and attorneys reacted with astonishment to his position, which he then said he had never actually said.

On CNN he told Wolf Blitzer that he had a commitment in the state Thursday and it was difficult to change his flight because the Super Bowl is on this weekend in Miami.

He also complained about how CNN had reported what he said, prompting Blitzer to say: 'We were playing what you said.'

But his main thrust was a rearguard action against a legal theory which Trump's own defense spent time walking away from Thursday.

No amount of pushback against it is enough. He may have quit that legal team, but I'm sure he will continue working behind the scenes to push Trump's evil agenda.

Clearly Mr. Dershowitz went to the Michael R. Pence School of Law. There, you can say whatever you want, no matter how outlandish--with VIDEO PROOF--and then later say: "I didn't say that..."

Again, as SOON as Dersh the Derp let that bullshit fly out of his mouth he should have been immediately wrestled to the ground and jailed. That kind of stupidity can't be in the public interest...

but more than likely he just couldn't resist be limelight. He figured out some time ago that the only way to get on tv was to defend Trump, since there are literally hundreds of more qualified lawyers that can give mainstream legal opinions on tv. He's always been more self promoter than real lawyer.

as a winning argument. Between him and Trump, they have absolutely perverted the American idea that had lasted 244 years.
I am sure they are quite proud of themselves.... after all... they won, and that is all that matters.

Folks, Alan needs to have a potential pardon in his back pocket. That is why he’s doing all this. The “massage” at Epstein’s home was not an old Russian lady. It was a 14-year-old girl and he had his underwear around his ankles at the time.

Time for the 14 year old to come forward and describe the action and underwear perhaps?

It's a mental image I can't unsee now. Thanks for that!

Alan hears the words and thinks 'What a stupid thing to say!'

Out loud: 'No, I didn't say that. If I did, I meant something entirely different. You haven't doctored the audio, have you?'

Anyhow, the intention of his words were to say 'Nothing to see here, move along! In Trump We Trust!'

I guess that's what happens when you listen too closely to the words of a desperate man.

Anyhow, Trump promised his followers he would shoot someone on 5Th street. It would help his election if he actually did. According to Derp-o-witz, that's all fine and good.
