Today is Brexit day. A victory for nationalism.

Congrats, GB.

Molly Jong-Fast ✔ @MollyJongFast

So brexit and the end of the presidents witnessless trial are happening on the same day?

Will Bunch 🆘 ✔@Will_Bunch

Kind of ironic that the British Empire and the American Experiment would die on the exact same day

Chris Miller @chrismiller_uk

Just remember this is the high point for the brexit movement... Everything from here is down hill as reality hits.#BrexitDay

The UK will rejoin the EU eventually, once more reasonable heads prevail. The EU hopefully will have a few reforms; for all the bullshit spread about brexit, the one legit point is that the EU government is not bound tightly enough to the votes and democratic processes of it's members. Nigel Numbskull called this out repeatedly in his obnoxious exit bloviation the other day, and as much as I loathe him, he had a point in that one area. Hopefully it leads to reform

The Senate missteps will help us in November
