Well, here's some stuff Bolton said today in Austin

https://www.kxan.com/news/in-austin-john-bolton-voices-support-for-officials-called-in-impeachment-hearing/

...Sources tell KXAN Bolton defended former diplomatic and state department officials Fiona Hill, Tim Morrison, Alex Vindman, Bill Taylor, and Marie Yovanovitch.

"All of them acted in the best interest of the country as they saw it and consistent to what they thought our policies were,” said Bolton, during the question-and-answer time after his keynote speech.

He went on to say members of the Trump Administration should “feel they’re able to speak their minds without retribution.”

“The idea that somehow testifying to what you think is true is destructive to the system of government we have — I think, is very nearly the reverse — the exact reverse of the truth,” said Bolton...

He could do an in-depth interview with a member(s) of the media outlining everything he saw and heard, but he'd rather sell some books. The thing is, no one will give a shit about his damned book. Democrats won't buy it because why read about the things he could have said to hold Trump accountable, but neglected to do so. Republicans won't buy it because "it's full of lies" about the greatest president this country has ever had. He got his $1 million advance for the book, so he probably doesn't even care.

Either way, Bolton was a colossal failure when he should have stood up to the Orange Shit Stain, but didn't. Snippets of truth here and there were not going to get republicans to demand he take the witness stand. End of story. In the end, he let Trump and the feckless, lying republicans get away with demolishing the Constitution. Nice going, Yosemite Sam.

and let it fly. It's the right thing to do ...and if he needs extra motivation, it will sell more books.

"Bolton was in Austin at the invitation of Luther King Capitol Management, a Texas company that provides “investment management services to high net worth individuals,” according to its website.

Bolton was the keynote speaker for a private client luncheon Thursday morning at the Hyatt Regency on Barton Springs Road. The program was titled “Foreign Challenges Facing the Trump Administration.”

pedestal and start screaming truth bright and early tomorrow morning, or he's aiding and abetting in this traitorous administration and republican party. He should have spoke up while he was IN this corrupt shit show of an administration, just like every other one that's left and didn't speak up while they were wallowing in the slime and kept quiet. They're all fucking complicit, traitors and cowards. May lightning strike them all down.

edit: Sorry, I'm way sassy when I've had a glass a wine, angry and tired.
