So defense is threatening dig for everything on the whistle blower 'we go down the road to witnesses

Motivation, connections, contacts, etc.

Since everyone knows who he is now, doesn't seem like THAT big a deal.

I'm sure Schiff et. al. won't think so. (on edit they won't give him up).

Lets not waste the Senators' time on a mediocre second or third hand witness when we could get 7 first hand witnesses.
