Clarifying Cippy's bullshit about requiring the entire Senate for depositions.

If a President can tie up subpoenas and deign what subpoenas were "valid" then the oversight will be eliminated. Imagine what that would do to the balance of power.

This was the same issue the WH counsel didn't recognize when House managers pointed it out earlier, when WH was complaining that certain witnesses/paperwork were absent.

Schiff is going through a long, long list of National Security staff who have testified in hearings in the past. Shows bad faith to claim the House should go to court to compel witnesses, but then it takes too much time to go to court to compel witnesses.
