It's gotten way rough.
I'm sleep deprived and strung out.
It got worse like August on down.
The holidays really dint depress me, just all things going wrong that needed attention.

Please see if a local church offers a group exercise program.

Depression can cause sleep disorders. And exercise stimulates endorphin production.

Another thought, if it is available, are CBD products. My youngest uses them and reports very good outcomes.

The Y is right down the avenue a piece over chere. It crossed my mind to see what's what.

Ima dingaling. I keep very late hours like heading off to the hay at 6:00 a.m. I just keep going doing stuff until I can't stand any longer.

I was diagnosed with having had Epstein-Barr back in the mid eighties. It actually started in the seventies. I have 19 of 22 symptoms of CFIDS. If I overdo anything or excessive stress, it throws me for a gigantic loop.

One doc prescribed anti- depressants. They were trained to say it's all in your head. NO, it is not!! I refused to take them. I do take supplements and eat fairly well. Sleep is crucial. Lack of pushes me to extreme fatigue.

8. Yes, I do prescribe exercise.

My youngest daughter was taking anti-depressants. With the knowledge and approval of her therapist, she switched to CBD products and a Vitamin B complex.

She has been off medications for nearly a year, and appears to be much better.

And yes, as we both know, stress affects us mentally and physically.

As well as helping with stress, exercise tires us out.

Your suggestion of the YWCA is a great one. Group support is a big plus.
