Trump has probably already boxed in his lawyers.

He probably tweeted his denial to Bolten's book without consulting with his lawyers. So now they don't have much choice except to call Bolten a liar. We know who most people are going to believe.

The smary one sent by Pat Robertson and the other RR honchos probably know they are working for free. I'm not sure if the others are getting paid, unless it is by the campaign.
