Are the republicans going to try and make a case against Hunter Biden without his testifying?

That could be good. All they have are sources from the crackpot news and whatever Giuliani claims to have. Isn't that going to be laughable?

Don't they need to at least try and convince people Trump really had cause to be going after the Bidens?

Rules don't exist any more, if they ever did.

They will use Shokin and Poroshenko's fabrications liberally. It will be uglier than you can imagine, and the false equivalence will be amplified a 100fold by Fox.
