Is this a real concern or not

I am a definitely left of center American that votes Democrat and I am so shot down in flames by the R’s out there I don’t even want to be around them anymore – However - What if - Because the left vs the right has created such a separation that - Everyone that is not a white Republican got categorized and handed over - Seriously - All the screaming and all the yelling and all the tears and fears and crying out for help and if you crossed the line - BOOM - Because we all stood for wanting things our way - Our American way - We didn't like the "others" - They were intended to be slaves and laborers - We never intended for them to vote or have any say so - And woman - How did that happen - They were only to be servants and wives with no opinions - And if you supported the others then you are an "other" - Which is where I stand - I am an "other" - I support my daughter and granddaughter - I support my Hispanic friends and all the "others" - I mean it says "We the People" - But apparently - That isn't what it meant - And now here we are - At a trial in the Senate that if the laws of the land don't hold up then the president has overthrown the congress and who knows what is going to happen next - This mechanism called America is more fragile than we could have or would have ever believed - I remember reading that the American Republican party is the most dangerous group of people in the world today - But I didn't ever think it could get this far - You can fight for what you believe in - With all your selfishness entitled principles of your truth - Or you can fight for America and the We the People - Listen close - Look close - I hope I am wrong - I really do

Our military generals are no longer backing that greedy, lying, psychopathic narcissist. They know he's dangerous.

If we lose to Trump and fail to regain the Senate, then I'd worry.

Run-on sentences are harder to read and comprehend, and they don't make your point clearly. Punctuation. It's a thing. Please use it! We want to know what you have to say, but you've got to do your part and make it readable.

I don't dislike grammar police in the least, even when it's directed at me. Hope she takes it in good faith.

alongside a complete sidestep of the post's substance. I find it rude and condescending.

In the sentence "I am a definitely left of center American that votes Democrat..." the word "Democrat" modifies "votes" and is thus an adverb. The adverbial form of "Democrat" is "Democratic". You could also say something like "I am a definitely left of center American that votes for Democrats", but please, let's not allow the grammar challenged Republican assholes to win, do not use "Democrat" as an adverb or adjective. I go a step further, as you can see, I don't allow other people to do it either.

Stay vigilant, grammar cops.

struggle with learning disorders.

My mom was an English teacher. She gave up on my grammar and spelling. Back in the 50s no one knew anything about those disorders. I was pretty much told all of my life that I was dumb and lazy. I got sent away to a military high school and for the first time in my life I got some great grades. That school only had 8 kids in a class, not 35 they had in public schools. I just got into college and ended up dropping out after a year and a half with a 2.2 gpa. At the age of 40 I had a break down and was a drug addict. Mostly because of my low self-esteem. I ended up with a great psychiatrist and ended up changing my life. I learned about my disorders and learned how to overcome many of them, with great struggles. He got me to go back to college and I graduated magna cum laude. To this day I have to look up the spelling of words. Still no one can read my hand writing.
If I can understand the message, I never judge the messenger.

about the gop all backing tRump. They HAVE to see what we see, which is a deeply flawed, unhinged, ignorant excuse for a leader. Yet, they refuse to admit the truth. What is keeping them in line? Surely, they know that their chances of being re-elected are getting slimmer by the day? What has been promised to them, I wonder? I worry that John Roberts was already in their corner before the trial started. He is admonishing both sides, yet the (D)'s are stating their case in clear terms. The lawyers for tRump are using tactics like yelling to try to confuse people. This bothers me.
