Things you wish Dem Managers would say!

How about..

"And we know ALL of this proof that our President is corrupt with just a mere fraction of the documents and witnesses needed to see the whole picture. Don't you want to see the whole picture? The American public does!"

P.S. Every senator already knows what's out there already.

the ones who can tell and weave a story and evoke emotion? Nothing against our fine public servants (who aren't self serving and realize it's about ridding trump) , but I literally fell asleep at my desk today. It was just reading aloud. Might it have been better to appoint people who had the skill of reading out loud?

Loved the lawyer who argued In Lewandowski testimony.

"using the power of his office" should be "using the power of the presidency" and so on.

It's not HIS office. It's ours. We loan it. But it's still ours.

....some way.

McConnell will never allow the legislation to protect elections that is sitting on his desk.

Stealing the election by hacking or by faulty systems that states are purchasing is simply very easy.

Is to turn public opinion. If you have been looking at poll trends not a thing is working. Time to think and act 100% outside the box. What would you do? If you were advising our party?

Message crafting and message discipline is awful in Dem leadership.

Lakoff is the master. Doesn't seem like anyone takes the time to learn from him (other than Republicans, who win messaging every time. Karl Rove perfected the task of seizing the message of the day in the news narrative).

Wed Jan 22, 2020, 10:44 PM
Jan 2020

I haven't heard anyone mention that Zelensky's announcement was to be the new version of Comey's announcement 11 days before the 2016 election. It would allow months of Biden smears and "Lock him up" chants at rallies.

is that the Dumpsters know that that Comey announcement about Hillary's e-mails right before the election may have decided the outcome. The smears and chants of "Lock her up" at the rallies played a big part in motivating their base through election day.

Rinse and repeat with Biden.

the opened investigation because he knew NY was about to do it (made him look bad that DC underling would jump him) NY grew to dislike her because they thought Lynch was impeding their Foundation investigation. How do I know that? Because I read the transcript of Gulliani and the former NY head in an interview on local NY TV.

All that aside..could definitely think what you are saying could happen again !!?

They are the ones taking the screwing for doing the right thing.

Quite a contrast to the Republicans, who would rather have a traitor and authoritarian running our Nation into the ground than make a squeak against Trump.

didn't they? Maybe a handful of new people heard that today??

Someone ( IMHO) made a great point (to me). The Parnis interview should have been conducted by Fox, perhaps Chris Wallace. To get new people and Deplorables to hear it. They did not hear any of it! And Deplorables have MSNBC blocked from their cable scan.

Every Republican in that Chamber knows damn certain that Donald Trump did exactly what he is accused of.

Now some of them are true believers, they will sail to acquittal with no problem.

But I love Frank Capra movies. I believe that even people that seem corrupt can sometimes be reached in the heart, and I believe at least a few of these GOP Senators are looking in their mirrors tonight and asking "What the Hell have I become?".

A small breach in their ranks may bring a surprising deluge.

One where a person tells a story and the world stands still. Not a recitation of fact read off notes, a real moment! Schiff has come close but thinking one notch up. People have already heard the facts... time to elevated to an emotional moment.
