Parnas says that Giuliani wanted Viktor Shokin to come to the US, and wanted to have him debriefed in front of Graham and Barr. Sounds like Lindsey Graham was directly in the loop. This implicates him as [edit: potentially] being part of the plot that is getting Trump impeached. Yowsa.
