Okay, I don't know what Biden will say tonight...
I haven't heard any preview or even thematic characterization so this may be pre-rendered obvious or impossible.
But I would like Biden to spend a chunk of time going through the Ryan budget. To me, Biden's most effective political lens is his line, "Don't tell me your priorities. Show me your budget and I'll tell you your priorities."
Biden has always had this thing about expressing money in moral terms.
