Congrats on hitting eighty. I'm 69 and if I had known I would live this

Question is,did you ever think we would be a witness to three Impeachment Settings. Did you ever think the Nam War would ever end. Remember we started School in 1945 and Japan was still a raging War. How about the Ration Stamps,those were some interesting times.

But,three Impeachments in our lifetimes. Had Congress did its real job,we would not be seeing this number three. Nixon's slap on his wrist and the follow on of a Pardon,all that did was embolden the Republican Party to keep breaking the Rules and Norms knowing full well they could and would get away with scuttling elections without being hell accountable.

We've sure lived in through some wild times!

It's so maddening that all we fought for and won in the 60s and 70s is being threatened today by those who have always protected historical hierarchies

15. Were to start.

We were part of some major Societal changes,most for the better. We were part of at least four economic downturns and saw the Protected Class always gain more and more power after each one. Six Wars,and after each one the next was always just around the corner.

Sad to say,we have seen the largest divide in economic standards in our eighty years. And it seemed to start about four or five months into the Nixon debacle. And with each Republican Administration that separation has only increased.
