the most obvious are Graham and McTurtle but any others? For that matter are we "clean" - have any Dems already said they are going to vote guilty before seeing whatever evidence is allowed?

(16,616 posts)He has said many times he accepts Trump's proclamation to him that "there was no quid pro quo." Also, some people believe he's involved in the scandal.
I have real questions about whether Rob Portman should even be allowed to serve on this jury, as he was the last person to speak to Trump before the money to the Ukraine was released.

I know others here disagree with me on this, but I think the Oath issue should be played up politically by the Democrats. Folks out here in the Heartland take things like Oaths very seriously.

(16,616 posts)for complaining that the case the House sent to the Senate "is incomplete" before it's even presented. She's telegraphing the reasoning by which she'll vote against Impeachment. Can you imagine a juror standing up during opening argument of a trial and saying to the judge or the prosecutor, "the case you're presenting to us is incomplete!"
